How Same-Day Delivery Works
Order online, pick your window, and our own driver brings it to your door the same day. Here’s exactly how it works — and the rules that keep it legal and safe.
Order online
Browse the shop, add your items, and check out. Order any time until 11:59 PM for same-day delivery — standard rates, no late-night surcharge.
Pick your window
Choose Today or Tomorrow and a delivery window at checkout — including a late 9 PM–12 AM window, right up to 11:59 PM.
We prepare it
Your order is packed and dispatched with our local driver. You’ll get updates on the way.
Show ID at the door
Have your government photo ID ready. The driver verifies age and hands your order directly to you.

The rules at the door
Cloud Vapes follows Ontario law on every delivery, no exceptions.
Government photo ID, every time
You must be 19 or older. The driver checks valid government-issued photo ID at the door — if you look under 25, ID will always be requested.
No safe drop, ever
Orders are never left at the door or with a neighbour. A responsible adult (19+) with ID must be present to receive the delivery in person.
Refused & failed deliveries
If no valid ID is shown, the recipient is underage or intoxicated, or no adult is available, the driver will not complete the delivery. See our Refund & Failed Delivery policy for what happens next.
