Cloud Vapes sells age-restricted vaping and nicotine products. You must be 19 years of age or older to browse, purchase, or receive products from us.
Age Verification
We verify age before you browse, at checkout, and at delivery. When your order arrives, our driver checks a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or provincial photo card) before handing it over.
Delivery Will Be Refused If:
- The customer is under 19.
- The customer cannot show valid government-issued photo ID.
- The customer appears under 25 and cannot prove they are of legal age.
- The customer is not available to receive the order in person.
- The customer requests the order be left unattended (“safe drop”).
- The customer asks for delivery to a neighbour, doorman, lobby, or any other person without valid ID.

Product Compliance
All nicotine e-liquids we sell are 20 mg/mL (2%) or lower, in line with Canadian federal regulations. We do not sell to anyone under 19 under any circumstances.
