1 Who we are

Cloud Vapes (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates cloudvapesshop.com and a retail store at 45 Four Winds Dr, North York, ON M3J 1K7. We sell vaping products to adults 19+ and deliver locally across the GTA. Questions about your privacy? Email info@cloudvapesshop.com.

2 Information we collect

We only collect what we need to take and deliver your order:

• Contact & delivery details — your name, delivery address, postal code, phone number and email.
• Order information — the products you buy, delivery date/time preference, order notes, and order history.
• Age confirmation — your confirmation that you are 19 or older; photo ID is checked in person at delivery but is not copied or stored.
• Website data — cookies and basic usage/analytics data (see section 5).

3 How we use your information

• To process, prepare and deliver your orders.
• To verify age and complete deliveries in line with Ontario law.
• To contact you about your order or delivery.
• To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
• To improve our products, service and website.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements.

4 Payment information

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider through Clover’s hosted checkout. Your full card number is entered on the processor’s secure fields and is never stored on our website or servers. Interac e-Transfer and pay-at-delivery details are used only to complete your order.

5 Cookies & analytics

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your age confirmation, and understand how the site is used. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

6 When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:

• With our own delivery staff/driver, to bring your order to you.
• With our payment processor, to complete your payment.
• With trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email), under confidentiality.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

7 Age & minors

Our store and products are for adults 19 and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

8 How long we keep it

We keep your order and account information only as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

9 Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Contact info@cloudvapesshop.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

10 Security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including an SSL-encrypted website and restricted staff access. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
