The terms you agree to when you order from Cloud Vapes. We’ve kept them short and clear.

1 You must be 19+
You must be at least 19 years old to browse or buy. By placing an order you confirm you are of legal age. Government-issued photo ID is required at delivery — if you look under 25, ID will be requested every time.
2 Products & health
Our products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive (Health Canada). All nicotine products we sell are 20 mg/mL or lower, in line with Canadian regulations. Products are intended for adult use only and are sold as-is.
3 Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing or description error, or we suspect the buyer is underage or intends to resell. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund it.
4 Pricing & payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (HST) and your delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept credit/debit card, Interac e-Transfer, and pay-at-delivery. Payment is authorised when you place your order.
5 Delivery
Order by 8 PM for same-day delivery; choose your window at checkout (or Tonight — Express after 8 PM). Delivery fees are based on distance from our store and shown before payment. Our driver checks photo ID at the door, hands the order directly to a person 19+, and never leaves orders unattended (no safe drop). See Delivery Areas & Fees and our Delivery Policy.
6 Refused & failed deliveries
If no valid ID is shown, the recipient is underage or intoxicated, or no adult is available to receive the order, the driver will not complete the delivery. What happens next — including any restocking or refund — is set out in our Refund & Failed Delivery Policy.
7 Returns
For health and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products cannot be returned. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll make it right.
8 Acceptable use
You agree not to purchase for resale or on behalf of anyone under 19, and not to misuse the website. We may suspend orders that breach these terms.
9 Limitation of liability
Products are used at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Cloud Vapes is not liable for misuse of products or for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
10 Governing law & changes
